Introduction
The nature of Land Surveying services requires a surveying firm that has the professional qualifications, local experience, history & reputation of producing a quality product within the project schedule and established budgets. Syntech, Inc. has the survey team of professionals with a proven track record and the professional excellence for any land surveying projects.
Syntech, Inc. recently employed top management professionals and field crew chiefs with the necessary experience to strengthening and expand our office to provide these services. Our Clark County – Henderson office has grown from an individual to over 20 personnel, four (4) that are Licensed Professional Land Surveyors, Two (2) which are Nevada Licensed Land & Water Rights Surveyors as well as licenses covering Utah, Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico and Certified Federal Surveyor.
The CFedS program, which has been approved by the U.S. Secretary of the Interior, was designed specifically to enhance the level of knowledge and expertise in the professional land scraping community for survey work performed on federal lands and especially on Indian trust lands. To earn the CFedS designation, professional land surveyors must complete approximately 120 hours of course materials prepared by the BLM’s National Training Center, in Phoenix, Arizona, and pass the certification examination. To maintain the certification, a CFedS must complete 10 hours of continuing education annually.
Our surveyors total well over 100 years of combined experience with over 48 years of combined responsible charge experience.
Syntech, Inc. has made major expenditures purchasing top of the line, production oriented survey equipment by Trimble capable of running 10 survey crews. Our staff is fully trained on the operational capabilities and technical troubleshooting of our (10) Trimble Total Robotic Instruments, (10) Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Trimble DINI First Order Digital Auto Level and the Data collectors.
Our goal is to maintain a highly competent technical staff providing premium land surveying services to our clients.
